Our Process
Prep:
More than four pounds of organic fruits and vegetables are used to create one 10 oz. bottle of Lumi Juice.
Grind:
Our grinding process reduces the amount of oxygen and heat exposed to the produce, maintaining the integrity of nutrients found in raw fruits and veggies.
Cold Press:
After grinding, the crushed produce is cold pressed between hydraulic plates to slowly extract the liquid from the produce.
HPP:
Once pressed and bottled, we apply extreme water pressure to packaged juices to kill harmful bacteria that cause spoilage. HPP preserves vital nutrients, delivering you fresh squeezed juice with a 30 day shelf life!
